Who am I? Well... Here goes!!

 

At 13 years old, I started dating the love of my life - Allie. We dated through high school and through college. Today we're happily married and have 2 amazing kiddos!

College is what i was always told to be the answer. I worked through school and it took me 7 LONG years to graduate. Through that time, Allie and I moved out together (17), had my daughter (23), and worked a handful of different jobs. 

After i graduated - I pursued my electrical engineering dream.

 

In 2019 we bought our 1st Real Estate investment - a Long term rental. After that we dove into a few more long term rentals and a bunch of flip houses. We kept a flip in 2021 and turned into a Short Term Rental. We weren't really sure of what we were doing, but we gave it all that we had. From that house, we moved on to helping a couple more people with their STRs too.

Our first goal was to own them all, and then we realized at the scale we wanted, we would run out of capital. So we started cohosting in between. We went on to launching and scaling our Cohosting business to $10k/month in the first 8 months.

After bulding for a couple years, we started coaching others on how to start and scale their businesses - including Cohosting, Purchasing STRs, and Boutqiue Hotels.

 

In 2023, i retired from my electrical engineering job, and went full time into STRs and Hotels.

​

Today we manage over 100 doors - including 3 boutique hotels. We DONT own them all, and you dont have to either. 

​

We started Power Path with a mission to show how to live the dream life through Short Term Rentals and Boutqiue Hotels.
